Description

Whatcom County Health Department’s CYSHCN staff works with community partners to improve the local system of
care for children and youth with special needs. Our collective aim is that each family experiences coordinated,
family-centered care and support, regardless of their point of entry. Services provided directly by Health Department
staff are conducted as a part of Whatcom Taking Action.
