The Home Care Referral Registry matches Washington State residents who receive publicly funded in-home care services with screened and pre-qualified home care workers. If you receive Medicaid personal care services or COPES and are looking to hire an in-home Provider, or if you are looking for work as a home care Provider, we invite you to contact your local Home Care Referral Registry Center.
The Referral Registry connects Individual Providers with those who need in-home services. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, successfully complete a background check, a face-to-face interview and an introductory course.
