Description

Lewis County Developmental Disabilities Program coordinates state and county funding for local agencies providing services that include:

Birth to three
Employment Services
Recreation Program

To be eligible for services contracted by Lewis County Developmental Disabilities Program all participants must be eligible and receiving services from the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). For information on eligibility criteria or to apply for services, contact your local DDD office for an eligibility packet to be sent to your home, call (800) 339-8227.
