I am offering group services in Seattle park settings through Specialized Habilitation (SH), free to DDA participants. Please discuss with your CRM if you are interested! If you are not a recipient of SH/Medicaid, I also offer private pay individual services.
I am an occupational therapist (OT) and expressive nature-based practitioner. I partner with adults who want to improve their skills, ease, satisfaction, and authenticity while engaging in daily life. OT provides concrete, practical solutions by focusing not only on internal client strengths and concerns, but also skillful adjustment of the environment and daily activities to better support client needs. I specialize in arts- and nature-based approaches that help clients address sensory differences; practice nervous system regulation; and learn coping, communication, and self-awareness skills.
