With over 15 years in the mental health field across a variety of settings, I now help those in individual therapy work to manage ADHD, Autism, and Eating Disorders, among other mental health concerns.

In addition to my years of experience, I have training in DBT, RO-DBT, Intuitive Eating and Somatic Therapy to help clients build resilience, meet their goals, and thrive.
