My practical cred comes from decades of experience as an Operational Director, Internal Coach and supervisor for neurodivergent and 'different' staff members, Communications Manager, Curriculum creator, Educator, and Reuse Artist. I am AuDHD, nerdy, creative, and a weirdo. I smile a lot and mean it.
