We offer Telehealth by teaching parents how to implement ABA procedures. From assessment to treatment, parents are guided through therapeutic interventions with their children. The CSHCN program offers care coordination and referrals. We do not offer any groups, services, therapies, etc. The CSHCN program coordinators connect children with identified needs to community services, resources, and assist them with finding and applying for any other needs.

The CSHCN program is more care coordination. We contact families either via referral or when identified during a WIC appointment, discuss their needs and connect them to resources. This occurs over the phone, while speaking directly with the caregiver/parent.
