✅ Parent Coaching & Support Groups – Access facilitated discussions, peer support, and expert-led coaching to navigate parenting challenges with confidence.

✅ Educational Webinars & Workshops – Learn from specialists in neurodevelopment, sensory integration, and trauma-informed care through live and recorded sessions.

✅ Curated Resources – Find practical tools, strategies, and research-backed information to help you advocate for your child and support their growth.

✅ Community Connection – Engage in a safe, supportive space where you can share experiences, ask questions, and gain insights from other parents facing similar challenges.

✅ Guided Discussions & Q&A Sessions – Participate in topic-based discussions led by professionals, covering everything from school advocacy to emotional regulation strategies.

Our goal is to ensure that no parent feels alone in their journey. Whether you need guidance on IEPs, behavior strategies, or just a place to connect with those who understand, our online community is here for you.

More details
The CSHCN program offers care coordination and referrals. We do not offer any groups, services, therapies, etc. The CSHCN program coordinators connect children with identified needs to community services, resources, and assist them with finding and applying for any other needs.
More details
The CSHCN program is more care coordination. We contact families either via referral or when identified during a WIC appointment, discuss their needs and connect them to resources. This occurs over the phone, while speaking directly with the caregiver/parent.
