Below are several examples, but this list does not include all of the possibilities.

Self-acceptance - Ableism and stigma impact our community and can impact how we think about ourselves. Learning to accept and appreciate your neurotype.
Executive functioning- Including planning, organizing, sequencing, and initiating.
Emotion regulation- Learning what coping strategies work is a lifelong journey as needs change and evolve throughout the lifetime. Learning what triggers emotional overwhelm, how to cope with it when it happens, and how to set proactive boundaries to minimize emotional overwhelm.
Job search and job management - Understanding your needs in the workplace, applying for jobs, interviewing skills, deciding whether or not to disclose neurodiversity, accommodations that work for you, working and communicating effectively with others.
