Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services provide a variety of services to seniors and to people with disabilities that dignifies each individual while providing the needed tools to help extend independent living and promote physical and mental well being. Historically, CCS has provided home care services that enable seniors and people with disabilities to remain in their own homes. In addition, we provide this to people with low or no income, as well as to people who are able to pay for the service. CCSWW includes 12 family centers located throughout Western Washington, the Long Term Care System, Family Behavioral Health Services, and the Archdiocesan Housing Authority DBA Catholic Housing Services (CHS). CCS and CHS together annually serve tens of thousands of persons through more than 175 programs, including adoption services, pregnancy and family support, emergency assistance, food programs, home care for elders and persons with disabilities, senior transportation, counseling, children’s mental health services, foster care, child care, youth services, immigration assistance, outpatient chemical dependency treatment, shelters, transitional housing, and affordable housing.
