Optimal Therapy Works (OT Works) is a transdisciplinary pediatric and family therapy clinic committed to holistic, inclusive care. We provide therapy to both children and their caregivers through individualized and group-based services aimed at building skills and supporting social-emotional health. OT Works believes is supporting direct therapy to neurodiverse individuals throughout the lifespan, from early intervention to late diagnosed adults learning work place accommodations, we provide support on and across the spectrum of individual and community development. Beyond direct therapy, we view the broader community as a core focus, working to educate and collaborate with community partners to expand opportunities for the neurodiverse population. Our goal is to cultivate a genuine community that celebrates personhood, individuality, and the unique strengths and needs of neurodiverse individuals.
Our commitment extends to advocating for broader social justice. This includes driving health policy reform, promoting neurodiverse-led research, and increasing awareness of the unique co-occurring health challenges faced by the neurodiverse community. At OT Works, we strive to reshape not just therapy but the systems and perspectives surrounding neurodiversity.
We utilize a variety of innovative, individualized, strength & evidence-based modalities to meet the needs of our clients, including Ayers Sensory Integration, Sensory-Based Feeding Therapy, Myofunctional Therapy, Functional Vision Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Therapy (DDT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gestalt Language Processing supports. Our relationship-driven, play-based approach creates meaningful connections, fosters intrinsic motivation, and empowers individuals and families to thrive.
At OT Works, we are more than a therapy clinic—we are a community partner, an advocate for change, and a champion for the neurodiverse. Together, we are building a future that embraces inclusivity, celebrates diversity, and values every individual.
