What therapies/services do you provide?
Description
I am an Occupational Therapist who works with neurodivergent adults and teenagers. I primarily see clients via telehealth, but in-home visits can also be arranged. I do not accept insurance at this time, but can provide a detailed receipt of our sessions. Examples of some services I provide include:
-Self regulation and stress management techniques
-Employment support, including job readiness skills and workplace accommodations
-Sensory adaptations and strategies to cope with everyday tasks and meet sensory needs
-Assessing and improving independent living skills
-Support for accomplishing health and wellness goals including goals related to sleep, nutrition, physical activity, etc.
