Medical Insurance Billing: Starting January 1, 2014 Harmony Physical Therapy accepts the following medical insurance plans: Molina, Washington Medicaid, Lifewise Healthplan of Washington, Regence, First Choice, Premera BCBS, Cigna, Group Health. We can bill out-of-network plans and provide a superbill for those that want to bill their insurance themselves. Please check with your insurance carrier to see if we are a network provider if you would like to use your medical insurance.
