I provide speech, language and social communication services using developmental approaches in the context of play (DIR, SCERTS). I believe our role as Autism specialists is to empower families to learn best practices, integrate supports across disciplines and individualize for each client and family. Speech Language Pathology services play an integrate role in the treatment for individuals diagnosised with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social Communicaiton Disorder, and social anxiety. Play and social cognition provide the context for intervention. Services are offered at the Under the Umbrella, a therapy and learning collective as well as at schools an homes.
