Our residents are adults 21 and over with a primary diagnosis of complex learning, language intellectual or developmental disability. This may include autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and other similar conditions.
Current wait-list and factors to consider with the wait-list?
Stephen’s Place has space available. We are down to the last few apartments. After Stephen’s Place is full we will track those looking to fill any openings in the future, but there will be no predictable timelines as to when apartments will open as we are an “age in place” community.
