Adults 18+ in Washington State. I primarily work with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, AuDHD, autism, high-masking adults, and adults experiencing burnout, shame, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and relationship patterns related to neurodiversity.

Currently accepting new clients as availability allows. Free 20-minute pre-consultations are available to determine fit. Services are telehealth only for adults physically located in Washington State at the time of session. Services are private-pay only. Clients may be able to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement, and superbills can be provided upon request.
