Madison Ray Sires, who goes by Mads, is a Neurodivergent Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Mads is currently accepting new clients immediately for in-home services and telehealth parent training.
Mads practice includes providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA) and parent training with a focus on natural, neuroaffirming, and assent-based care. Mads experience spans across all ages but she specializes with clients between 3 and 19. Her focus includes evidence based, compassionate support to ensure all of her clients feel safe and heard while learning necessary skills.
Mads specializes in supporting clients with demand avoidance and emotional regulation challenges. Mads also has specific expertise in working with large families, offering practical strategies to manage complex home dynamics. Additionally, Mads provides an inclusive environment for all identities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals.
