Greg McBroom is a Washington native, a proud father of four children, a happily married man, a former structural engineer, and a product of the 80s who is just waiting to hit 88mph in a DeLorean. He’s also the Managing Partner of Smith McBroom, a boutique trial law firm representing the injured and vulnerable throughout the Pacific Northwest.
After 13 years working for Boeing, Greg went back to school to earn his law degree from Seattle University. He started his career in litigation defense, but found that the pro bono work he did on behalf of families and individuals with disabilities was far more fulfilling. One of his pro bono cases led to a $96 million dollar jury verdict in 2015 against the state of Washington. It involved an adult with heavy impairments arising from Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) who was having payment for needed services wrongfully denied by the State of Washington.
Smith McBroom is the premier law firm in the Northwest for jury trials and would be pleased to assist you in obtaining the justice you deserve. Take the first step towards resolution of your case with us.
Our strategy focuses on listening and understanding our clients, and then taking cases to trial or other dispute resolution forums. We firmly believe in being resolute during the litigation process. We do not believe in settling for less than the full value of your injuries or damages, as no person should have to settle for discounted justice. Time is taken to analyze the case value and to present the best and most focused case possible for a jury.
We know it is important to listen and develop case strategies with our clients' interests in mind. We strive to get to know our clients personally so as to understand the true impact and effect of a horrible event on the life of a client.
True representation requires compassion, commitment, and dedication to serve the public. In your hardest moments, you deserve an ally who will fight for you as though they were family.
