Our mission is to provide you the very best\u00c2\u00a0in child and adolescent mental and behavioral healthcare services\u00c2\u00a0through comprehensive, collaborative, evidence-based care.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mental and behavioral disorders among children are very common. Just as with childhood physical illness and injury, good treatments exist for most childhood mental and behavioral disorders.<\/p>\n<p>James Harle, MD, has provided child and adolescent mental health consultation, evaluation, and treatment for area families, physicians, schools and social-service providers since 2003.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011 Dr. Harle founded Sendan Center, convening\u00c2\u00a0highly skilled, compassionate clinicians under one roof \u00c2\u00a0to offer\u00c2\u00a0families comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, evidence-based diagnosis and treatment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em;\">Sendan Psychiatry &amp; Psychotherapy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em;\">Sendan Autism Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em;\">Sendan Learning Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em;\">Sendan Education Advocacy Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em;\">Sendan Behavioral Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sendan Center seeks to deliver services to clients where and when they need them by offering services in the office, in the home, in the school, and in the community, based on the needs, abilities, and resources of the client and family. We strive to\u00c2\u00a0ensure that our services are timely, appropriate and sensitive to age, culture, language, gender and physical condition of the client. \u00c2\u00a0We are located in a facility that is accessible to the disabled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><em>Billing Questions<\/em><\/h1>\n<h6>Insurance Billing Questions \/ Dr. Harle, Katharine Botelle Wolhart, Kacey Alleman:<\/h6>\n<p>Please call Cathy at Sirius Medical Billing:\u00c2\u00a0<big>360-398-0878<\/big><\/p>\n<h6>Private Billing Questions \/ Autism, Learning, Educational Advocacy; Behavior:<\/h6>\n<p>Please call Shannon in the front office, M \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Th 8:00 am \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2:30 pm:\u00c2\u00a0<big>360-305-3275 \u00c2\u00a0 <\/big><\/p>\n<p><big>\u00c2\u00a0<\/big><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagnosis Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you take insurance?<\/strong><a name=\"AutismInsurance\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>No. Sendan Autism Services does not bill insurance. \u00c2\u00a0Families are responsible for all fees throughout the diagnostic process.\u00c2\u00a0 We will provide you with invoices for each bill due, including billing codes and amounts owed and paid, to be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>The only exception to this is that if you have Regence or Group Health. In that case, a small portion (maximum $200)\u00c2\u00a0<em>may<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0be billable to your insurance. If you have Regence or Group Health, please indicate that on your intake form, or let your Autism Program Therapist know.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Will my insurance reimburse me for the diagnostic process?<\/strong><a name=\"AutismInsurance2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Individual insurance companies may or may not reimburse for any or all of the diagnostic fees.\u00c2\u00a0 It is the patient\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s responsibility to check with their insurance company prior to the start of the diagnostic process to see what portions their insurance may be willing to pay for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much does a typical diagnostic evaluation cost?<\/strong><a name=\"AutismInsurance3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The diagnostic process can range in price anywhere from approximately $1500 to upwards of $2500.\u00c2\u00a0 This may vary based on the amount of testing deemed necessary by the clinicians in order to accurately diagnose your child. This will be payable in three lump sums over the course of the diagnostic process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c2\u00a0Does Sendan Center currently have a waitlist for diagnosis?<\/strong><a name=\"AutismInsurance4\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>No. However, the order of patients seen for diagnosis is on a first come-first serve basis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What We Do Welcome to Sendan Center.
