Phone hours are from 8:15 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 4:45 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.\u00a0 In order to arrange an appointment, prospective patients should call 206-685-8258. If you have an appointment and there is snow or other inclement weather, please call the clinic before departing for your appointment at 206-685-8258.
