My approaches include:\r\n\r\n\r\nLifespan Integration\r\nAttachment-Based Therapy\r\nAcceptance &amp; Commitment Therapy (ACT)\r\nPsychedelic Integration Therapy\r\nDialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)\r\nFeminist Therapy\r\nMindfulness\r\nPolyvagal Theory\r\nInternal Family Systems (IFS)\r\nEmotion-Focused Therapy\r\nGottman Couples Therapy\r\n\r\n\r\nI work from a social justice oriented, anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens. I am affirming of and allied with BIPOC, AAPI and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I also believe in weight inclusive, respectful health care, working from a Health At Every Size perspective. In these areas, I\u2019m continuing to educate myself about how to be an ally of marginalized communities as a cis-gender, thin privileged, white woman. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore if working together would be a good fit. We will spend this time discussing your goals for therapy and talking through any questions you might have.
