I provide therapy in Washington State for children, teens and families seeking support for social, emotional and behavioral concerns as well as communication issues within systems and families. I work with children ranging in age from B-12, teens, parents, individuals and families. I am an an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming provider.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI believe we all as humans need a space to feel heard. \u00a0I use\u00a0evidence-based,\u00a0neurobiologically informed principles and parenting strategies\u00a0to help children, teens, young adults and families develop their voice, discover their strengths and grow to be the best version of themselves.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI offer in person appointments available in Seattle, Wa, I also am working on getting a new office set up in Langley on Whidbey Island.
