We serve infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, motor differences, sensory processing challenges, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex regulation needs.<br \/>\nOur work is rooted in understanding the nervous system, movement, and environment as interconnected. Therapy at VITA is individualized, strengths-based, and relationship-driven, supporting children in building regulation, motor confidence, functional independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.<br \/>\nWe recognize that every child develops differently. Therefore, our clinicians prioritize safety, trust, and responsiveness, meeting children where they are while supporting growth across play, self-care, mobility, school participation, and family routines.
