Through this work, Montserrat noticed the same thing over and over again: when families relocate internationally, childcare becomes one of the most stressful and emotionally charged decisions they face. Montserrat\u2019s perspective comes from both professional training and personal experience. She grew up in environments where education and care were rigid, adult-centered, and often disconnected from a child\u2019s emotional world. Over time, she began to understand how deeply early experiences shape confidence, emotional safety, and the ability to adapt to change, especially later in life.
