Description
The Cultural Navigator Program (CNP) is designed to ensure that all members of the community can get help for their family. The CNP offers free, confidential navigation and information assistance to individuals and families who have limited English language skills. This program serves people living in East and South King County by helping them to navigate systems, find resources, learn about programs, and connect to their community. The no-cost-to-clients program is funded through partners including King County’s Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy and the cities of Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, and SeaTac, and CISC.
