An autistic person’s vacation perspective with Drs. Kressin and Hammel - Summer Solstice 6-20-24

What would be a great way for an autistic to enjoy vacation or a holiday? What’s your favorite holiday or vacation? Accommodating sensory sensitivities, adjusting social demands, trying to relax and keep autistic family members engaged, and included takes planning, coordination and effort on everyone’s part.

The environment during holiday gatherings and vacations has quite an impact on our autistic loved ones. Join Dr. Hammel and Dr. Kressin on the Summer Solstice on June 20, 2024 as we learn more about an autistic person’s vacation perspective.

Dr. Kressin is working tirelessly to decrease barriers in health care for autistics. She's passionate about working towards a future where autistic people's needs are properly accommodated by the world around them in a way that promotes their best life and true health and happiness.
