Applications will be accepted for 3 days only from 10:00 am September 17, 2018, until 3:00 pm on September 20, 2018. Applications will be accepted online only through the Everett Housing Authority's RentCafé website.

To be eligible you must live or work in Snohomish County and be 18 years of age or older. Applicants who are under 62 with a disability are encouraged to apply. 200 vouchers have been set-aside for people who qualify as non-elderly and disabled.
When applying on behalf of someone with a disability, here are a few tips from Partners4Housing:
- If the person is 18 years old, they are the head of their own household (even if they are living with their family). When asked about household members, only list the person for whom you are applying.
- When the application asks about household income, only list the income of the person for whom you are applying.
- It's okay to use the parent, guardian, or advocate's contact information.
Everett Housing Authority will send written notification of the preliminary eligibility determination within 60 calendar days of receiving a complete application. Applications information line is (425) 339-1002.
