This week there was a lot of talk about statistics (Media Coverage Of 1 in 88). Behind those numbers are our children, youth, adolescents and adults who need our support to ensure timely and effective treatment, community integration, meaningful jobs and independent living.
At Washington Autism Alliance & Advocacy we have been the leader in advocacy and civil rights protection for the all involved with autism. We need your help to do more by growing our grassroots! Here's why becoming a member makes a difference:
- Safety in Numbers – The larger our membership base, the more influence we have with decision makers at all levels of government.
- Sustainable Funding – A strong membership base sends a loud message to funders that the people we serve share our mission and vision and support us.
- Stronger Networks – By joining WAA and enlisting others in our networks, you can help build a stronger united voice for the autism community.
Thank you for standing together with us for change!
