The team at Washington Autism Alliance has come together to compile special holiday activities for socially distance celebrations, autism friendly games, and opportunities for you and your family to check in mindfully during this hectic holiday season.

We have teamed up with Space Between to bring a moment of mindfulness during a time that emphasizes opportunities to give back to communities.

This mindful breathing practice is a safe way that allows for connection and kindness even while practicing physical distancing. You can practice this two-minute mindful breathing exercise at home on your own, or with your families.
